smartcrowds PULSE uses constant listening to capture and respond to instant feedback from employees and customers.

Using an 'always-on' one-touch graphical interface deployed to kiosks, smartphones or desktop browsers, smartcrowds PULSE gives business leaders the tools to spot early warnings and tackle emerging issues before they become bigger problems.

By opening up constant listening channels for employees, organisational leaders are able to easily extent their engagement reach, identify issues before they become problems, and ensure that remedial, corrective or improvement actions are taken to address feedback received.

One-touch graphical surveys

smartcrowds Pulse surveys are designed to be quick and easy for employees to complete.

Multiple out-of-the-box response option-sets (emojis, thumbs up etc) are available for the most frequently used question types, and fully-customisable option sets can also be used for business specific questions and feedback: want to find out what fizzy drinks people would like to see in the drinks dispenser - no problem!
