smartcrowds provides the ability for a smartcrowds Administrator to override all currently running Pulse Surveys on all devices with a Global Device Override. This makes a selected Survey Question immediately display on all devices, interrupting any scheduled surveys on those devices, until the override is removed.
To set a Global Device Override, go to Manage > Pulse Questions, and choose the Set as Override button on an existing question as below;
When selected, the Set as Override button for the chosen Pulse Question changes to an Override Set button. The Global Device Override is now set and the Pulse Question will display on all devices that are running the smartcrowds Pulse web application, and all other questions will not be pushed to their devices until the override is removed.
Removing a Global Device Override
To remove a Global Device Override, select the Override Set button for the selected Question. The override will be removed, and each device will revert back to its own Pulse Survey schedule.
