smartcrowds PULSE uses 'constant-listening' to provide a means for employees (or customers, partners etc) to give feedback to your organisation at any time, on a wide variety of topics and on any device.
NOTE that access to Pulse surveys will depend on whether your organisation has purchased a subscription to the smartcrowds Pulse product.
Where a subscription has been purchased and your user account has been created, you can access your available Pulse surveys at any time by entering the URL https://pulse.smartcrowds.com/account/login into your browser.
You'll see a Sign-In page similar to the standard smartcrowds Sign-In page as follows:
If your company has enabled Microsoft Single-Sign-On (SSO) you can choose the Sign in with Microsoft button for super-easy access. Otherwise, you can use your smartcrowds email and password to access the system.
Once signed in, you'll see a page similar to the one below:
On this page, you'll see a list of surveys that you have access to, which are based on your smartcrowds Crowd membership. Each survey shows you how many questions are available to be answered.
Since these surveys are 'always-on' (subject to the start and end dates that your organisation has used for them), you can answer them as many times as you wish, when you feel most like answering them. Note however that there will normally be a once-per-day restriction placed on your answers.
When you Start a survey, you'll get a very simple screen with up to 5 responses. It will look something like the example below.
To choose your response, simply click on the option that best suits your current mood (or tap on the option if you are using your smartphone or tablet).
If there is more than one question in the survey, you'll then be moved to the next question - you can see how far through the survey you are at any time using the orange and grey progress bars at the top of the image (this example shows 2 bars for the 2 questions, with the orange bar denoting the current question that you are on).
When you get to the end of your survey, you might (depending on how your organisation has set up the survey) get to see the results so far. If it has been set up to show results so far, they'll look something like this:
You can use the chevron icons (< >) at either side of the screen to scroll through the results for each question, and choose the < Back button at the top of the screen to go back the list of surveys.
Once you have completed your survey today, you won't be able to answer it again until tomorrow - the list of surveys won't let you take it again, but will let you look at the results instead.
But don't worry - when you come back tomorrow, the Show Results button will have changed to a nice green Start button for you once again!
