Custom Response Sets
You don't have to use these standard responses, you can also create your own set of custom responses. This gives an organisation an extended ability to gain feedback on completely different types of questions – for example “Which flavour of ice cream did you enjoy most?”, with a Question Type of “Ice Cream Flavours” containing the options ‘Strawberry’, ‘Raspberry’, ‘Vanilla’, ‘Mint’
To define a Custom Response Set, tap the Manage Custom Response Sets button on the Manage Pulse Questions page.
To add a custom Response Set, tap the Add Response Set button. Enter the name of the custom Response Set and choose the Save option. A panel for the Response Set is displayed, initially with 2 default Response Set Options, illustrated below. To edit the name of the default Response Set Options and choose a score and image for the option, tap the appropriate edit link. A popup window similar to the example below is displayed.
