Publishing a Survey Findings Report

Describes how share the findings from your Survey with the Crowd

Once you've finished analysing your survey results and are happy with the Assessments and Plans that you've added, you can publish a Survey Findings Report, which you can share with others.

To do this, navigate to the Survey Results page for the survey that you're working on, and tap the PUBLISH REPORT button in the Survey header, indicated below.

You'll be taken to a confirmation page, similar to the example below, where you'll have a chance to review what you've recorded before publishing it.

To make a change, tap the (Change) link, make your changes and save them.

Once you've finished, and you're happy with what you've written. tap the green PUBLISH button.

The Survey Findings Report

Your Survey Findings Report will now be published, the following elements:

Survey Introduction - the survey header that was sent to recipients, and the description of the Survey Item.

Review/Survey Panel - the list of people who were invited to the Survey Review meeting.

Review/Survey Assessments - the assessments that were recorded by the Survey Panel, grouped by the survey questions from which they arrived at.

People who have chosen to 'Follow' the survey will receive a notification that it has been published. Alternatively, a link to Report URL can be sent via email to anyone who is a member of the survey Crowd.

Locating your Report

When a report has been published, it can be found within the Reviews/Surveys tab for the Survey Item. Tap the View Review/Survey Report link to open it.

Unpublishing the Report

To unpublish a published report, tap the UNPUBLISH button in the report header.
