Once ideas begin to come through the platform, there are a number of ways to view and sort them in a way that makes sense to you and your organisation.
The first is through the Manage > Evaluation and Selection screen. This can also be accessed by clicking 'View all "N" Ideas in this Challenge'
This page provides a list of all Ideas submitted to the Challenge, along with their Reaction score (number of likes/dislike), Rating (star rating out of 10), their Assessment score (if assessments have been added) and their Feedback score if any surveys have been added to it. There are also a number of filters at the top of the page to help you sort the ideas and find particular ones. Be sure to click the Search button once you have selected the filters you need.
There are a number of actions that can be taken from this page, giving you a quick and easy way to organise the ideas that have been submitted.
Below is a list of some of the actions that can all be taken from the same page
Feature the idea on the homepage to draw users' attention to it. This may be useful if there is a particularly interesting idea, or if the idea has been progressed and sets a good example
Change the status of the idea. You may want to mark ideas as Shortlisted if they require more exploration, Planned if is either already in the pipeline or has already been carried out, or Not Planned if the idea does not address the challenge fully or is definitely not feasible
Add an Assessment yourself, or request one from another Assessor for their input on the initial vetting of the idea
If more information or clarity is required for the idea, you can email the Submitter directly. This option will open your email provider with the Submitter's email address already populated
The idea may align better with another Challenge in the Crowd, for example, it may actually contribute more to the company's Social Responsibility than with New Opportunities. In this case, you can use the Move option to categorise the idea under a more appropriate Challenge
