In smartcrowds you have a Homepage that is unique to you.

To access your Homepage, click the small Homepage icon or your organisation’s logo, from the main menu bar.  A screen similar to the example below will be displayed.

Here you will find a collection of information from across your Crowds that you should find interesting, including Featured Items and Groups, Leaderboards, a TO DO Calendar, and information on latest activity and popular items ad groups from across your crowds.

Each entry on your Homepage provides a link to the underlying activity, for example ideas, challenges, assessments & people.  Simply click on any entry to find out more about something you are interested in.

Productivity

The TO DO Calendar provides a month by month view of things that you either need to complete, or should aim to work on before a target date;

Submission Deadlines: Closing dates for responses and solutions to challenges and campaigns that have been launched

Feedback Due: Deadlines for completion of surveys and feedback forms that have been sent directly to you

Meetings Scheduled: Dates of meetings that you have been invited to

Actions Due: Target dates for completion of actions that have been assigned to you

In the TO DO Calendar, you can make use of the following options:

  1. Select a specific activity type to filter the calendar by that activity only

  2. Click on a ‘number of activities’ link to open a list of all entries relevant to you

  3. Click on a ‘overdue deadlines’ link (red) to open a list of all entries relevant to you that are overdue

  4. Click on a calendar day entry to view the activities due on that day

When choosing option 4 to view activities due on a selected day, the calendar changes to a ‘Day view’, showing activities on the selected day.

You can select an entry from the list to open it or select the red X to close the ‘Day view’ and return to a ‘Month view’.
